After 10 years of owning and operating a Mayflower Moving Company, Mike and Vicki stepped out and moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma where they prepared for full-time ministry by attending Rhema Bible Training Center. They were ordained under Kenneth Hagin Ministries and are members of Rhema Ministerial Association International.

In 1981, under the Lord's direction, they moved their family to Sioux Falls and began Faith Family Church & Outreach Center. Launching the church with less than 10 attendees, Faith Family Church has grown in membership and ministries within the church and financially and prayerfully supports ministers and missionaries bringing the Gospel into the world. We are involved with ministry and missionaries on every continent. Our pastors, ministry teams, and youth mission teams have been sent to England, Russia, Philippines, Jamaica, Israel, Venezuela, Honduras, Mexico, Belgium and Finland. Faith Family Church believes in and preaches the message and vision of every believer to fulfill the Great Commission. Jesus' last words and command to us before His ascension was, "Go Ye..."

Pastors Mike and Vicki have been married since 1971 and have three children, all serving the Lord in their lives and in ministry. Aimee and son-in-law Matt Flanders have a son, Jacob, and pastor in Lebanon, Missouri. Angie and her husband, Matt Honan, have two daughters, Rylie and Ella, and a son, Conner, and are an integral part of the ministry at Faith Family Church. Angie manages the in-house accounting department under Stanfield & O'Dell Accounting Firm. She is very involved in assisting our pastors throughout the ministry, including leading the Music Ministry. Angie's husband, Matt, also on staff at Faith Family Church, is our Business Administrator. Andrew is the youngest. He works full-time for a real estate appraisal company. He faithfully serves in the Music Ministry for main services, as well as leading the youth band praise and worship for the Escape Youth Ministry. His wife, Kalyn, is also a part of the ministry as our church receptionist and pastoral assistant. She serves in the Escape Youth Ministry. They have one daughter, Adalie.

Pastors Mike and Vicki are members of the Tribe of Judah Motorcycle Ministry. It's founder and president, Pastor Ben Priest, is a former outlaw biker with a call and vision to reconcile the biker world to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Pastors are also members of Christians United for Israel, and Pastor Vicki is the state director of Daughters For Zion, a prayer network that supports CUFI. They are also involved in and support Pro Rodeo Ministries, which reaches out to the rodeo and horse world, sharing the winning message of God's Word. Locally, our television outreach ministry spots are designed to sow thought-provoking seeds of God's Word into the hearts of people and their life situations and, through faith in a good God, help them to win in life.

We hold soul-winning campaigns throughout the year through various outreaches designed to love the world with the sharing of salvation. Every holiday is specially celebrated throughout the year in services with special activities, bringing Christian focus to them. Faith Family Church is committed to strengthening people and bringing hope and encouragement to families, as well as minister wisdom and success motivation with spiritual balance through God's Word.
